Groups 4 Growth

Interpersonal Group Therapy offered in local community centres by Donna & Claire. Each group will consist of 10 - 12 people of mixed age & gender covering varied issues with the aim of the group bonding & resolving Personal difficulties 

Costing £10 (Per person/per Session)  Consessions for corporate work  & people in receipt of benefits
